About the Girlfriends' Gathering

I AIN’T ONE TO GOSSIP, BUT . . .
This year - 2026 - is Mamie’s 80th birthday year, and it’s the 20th anniversary of the GIRLFRIENDS’ GATHERING,
so we’ll celebrate Mamie for one hour and celebrate womanhood and sisterhood “All Night Long”!
The GIRLFRIENDS’ GATHERING is not a fundraiser; it’s a “funraiser.”
The $40.00 includes the cost of your buffet dinner plus tax and gratuity.
The vendors do not pay for their space; they pay for their buffet meals only.
The vendors are asked to donate a door prize.
The vendors are chosen on a first-to-ask basis.
Vendor tables are assigned according to when each vendor pays for her buffet meal:
first to pay for her buffet meal, first to be assigned a table.
The $40.00 does not include your complimentary signature prop.
The $40.00 does not include table decorations.
The $40.00 does not include any tokens like bookmarks that you receive at the door
or in your GIRLFRIENDS’ PACKET.
The $40.00 does not include a donation for Mamie’s favorite charity.
In 2017, girlfriends were asked to donate funds for a regular attendee who had cancer.
In 2018, girlfriends were asked to donate purses to Alicia Waters’ PUSH INITIATIVE, INC.
If you want to perform on program, please let Mamie know one year in advance.
You do not need to bring Mamie a birthday gift.
